Offsyte is a brand of Holidays Tours LLC, a tours and travel company based in Dubai. Every booking on this website is a contract between you and Holidays Tours LLC, which takes your payment, issues your confirmation and handles any refund.

The experiences on this website are run by independent operators: attractions, tour companies, cruise, safari and activity providers. We sell and arrange your booking; the operator delivers the experience and is responsible for running it safely. Each operator's own rules and conditions, such as safety briefings, age limits and venue rules, apply to your experience as well as these Terms.

Descriptions, photos, inclusions and timings come from the operators. We take care to keep them accurate, but routes, the order of stops, vehicles, guides and timings can change on the day because of traffic, weather or operational needs.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. If you book for others, you confirm that they have agreed to these Terms and that the details you give for them are correct.

You do not need an account. Your booking is opened with its confirmation code and the email you booked with, so keep both private.

When you go to pay, we hold your place with the operator for 30 minutes. Your booking is confirmed when you see your confirmation code on screen; we also send it to you by email. Some experiences are confirmed on request: the operator has to accept the booking first, and if they cannot, we refund you in full automatically.

We may decline or cancel a booking, with a full refund, if the experience turns out to be unavailable, the price shown was an obvious error, the details given are false, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

Prices are shown and charged in UAE dirhams (AED). The total at checkout is what we charge; we add no booking fee or card surcharge. Items the experience page lists as not included, such as optional extras, photos, drinks or tips, are paid for separately if you choose them.

Your card is charged once, when you book, through our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may add its own fees.

Prices can change until your booking is confirmed. Once confirmed, your price is fixed.

Cancellations, changes, refunds and no-shows are covered by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Each experience's own cancellation terms, shown on its page and at checkout, apply to your booking.

Your booking page is your voucher. Show it on your phone or printed, together with any QR code it carries. Some tickets are issued closer to the date; we email them to you and they appear on your booking page.

Bring the identification the experience requires, such as a passport or Emirates ID. Entry may be refused without a valid voucher or ID, and that counts as a no-show.

Where pickup is included, be ready at the pickup point you chose at the time given. Drivers keep to a schedule and cannot wait long for late guests. Pickup is available only from the areas the experience lists, and it is your responsibility to give a correct pickup point and a phone number on which you can be reached on the day.

Where you meet on location, arrive at the meeting point in good time. Missing the pickup or the start counts as a no-show.

You agree, for yourself and everyone in your booking, to:

• give accurate information when you book;
• meet the experience's requirements for age, height, weight, health and fitness. Activities such as dune bashing, quad biking, water sports and air activities may not suit pregnant guests or people with back, heart or other medical conditions;
• follow the operator's safety instructions and the rules of each venue;
• respect UAE law and local customs, including dress codes at religious and cultural sites; and
• hold the passports, visas and travel insurance your trip requires.

Children must be booked by, and travel with, a responsible adult. Age categories and minimum ages follow each operator's rules, shown on the experience page. The operator may ask for proof of a child's age.

Use the website only for lawful, personal booking purposes. Do not interfere with its security or operation, use automated tools to copy its content or make bookings, or resell tickets bought here without our written permission.

The Offsyte name and logo, the website and its content are owned by or licensed to Holidays Tours LLC. Photos and descriptions supplied by operators remain theirs. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any of it without permission.

The website links to services run by others, such as Stripe for payments, WhatsApp for messages and maps for directions. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Operators are responsible for delivering their experiences. We are not liable for their acts or omissions beyond our obligations to you under these Terms and the Cancellation Policy.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as missed flights, other bookings or hotel costs, or for events outside our reasonable control. Where we are liable in connection with a booking, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

If something goes wrong on the day, call us on +971 52 343 5050 straight away, at any hour: most problems can only be fixed while you are still there. For anything else, email bookings@offsyte.ae with your confirmation code as soon as you can, and we will look into it and reply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from them, from your use of the website or from a booking is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with its last-updated date. The version in force when you booked applies to that booking.
